Job Description
This Part-Time Library Associate position will be located at the Snellville Branch. The position is responsible for performing customer service and a wide variety of specialized planning, programming, and complex supportive duties.

Requirements

  • Assists Library customers with their information, technology and reader's advisory needs
  • Provides support for all areas of daily branch operations
  • Works with community groups to promote library activities and services
  • Assists Library administration by recommending materials for the collection and purging outdated material
  • Maintains an inventory of supplies and materials for Library programs
  • Actively participates in the duties necessary to branch operations
  • Provides support for special services offered at the branch
  • Maintains up to date knowledge of system priorities and initiatives
  • Assists library customers with passport services
