Role OverviewThe successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for SearchOhio member libraries, providing ongoing communication, guidance, support, and problem resolution. The position includes responsibilities related to training library staff on the SearchOhio platform and procedures, utilizing knowledge of multiple integrated library systems. Time will be spent working with vendors, coordinating system enhancements, and supporting system upgrades, as well as planning, prioritizing, evaluating, and organizing statewide resource sharing activities.
What You Will Do
Most of the successful candidate's time will be spent serving as the primary point of contact for SearchOhio member libraries, providing ongoing communication, guidance, support, problem resolution, training library staff on the SearchOhio platform and procedures, working with vendors, coordinating system enhancements, and supporting system upgrades.

Requirements
- Master's degree in library science from an accredited college or university
- 12 months of experience in library science position performing budgeting and project management tasks or in management and/or administration
- 5 years of experience in library science position
