Role Overview

The Library Talent Operations Coordinator supports talent acquisition, employee development, and people operations across the Library. The Coordinator will coordinate Dean of the Faculty (DOF) and Human Resources (HR) staff hiring activities, maintain accurate entries into applicant tracking systems, and provide logistical support for candidates, employee training, and organizational initiatives.

What You Will Do

The Coordinator will coordinate employee status changes, appointments, and organizational updates, maintain and update the library's vacancies database, and support data integrity across HR and talent management systems. The Coordinator will also coordinate hiring activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, talent operations, or a related field
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems and HR platforms such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Interfolio, or similar systems
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Excellent judgment, diplomacy, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
  • Strong client-service orientation and commitment to fostering positive employee and candidate experiences
