Job Description
We are seeking a licensed and experienced Carpenter to support construction, repair, and maintenance projects across residential and commercial properties in the Baltimore area. This part-time role offers flexible hours and is ideal for a skilled tradesperson seeking project-based work or supplemental hours.

Requirements

  • Construct, install, repair, and maintain wooden structures such as framing, doors, windows, walls, staircases, cabinetry, and molding.
  • Perform drywall installation and finishing, trim work, and interior/exterior repairs.
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and technical instructions to determine project specifications.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other trades (e.g., plumbing, electrical) during multi-scope projects.
  • Accurately track and report materials used, hours worked, and progress made.
  • Assist supervisor with work-related requests.
  • Maintain confidentiality of records relating to client’s treatment.
  • Participate in external and internal audits/surveys (CARF/CSA/OHCQ) as directed by the supervisor.
  • Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement plans by completing periodic audits or other activities to ensure regulatory compliance and/or improve service delivery.
