Coordinates and provides quality patient-focused care in a physician’s clinic. Performs patient intake entry, obtains vital signs, and documents patient information.

Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Required
- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) Required
- 1+ position related experience Preferred
- Associate Preferred
- High School Grad or Equiv Required
