Job Description
We are searching for LADC/SUD Counselors to provide direct therapy, counseling, and assessment services within a modified Therapeutic Community (mTC). LADC/SUD Counselors manage a caseload of clients including all required billing, clinical documentation, and related treatment plans in accordance with ASAM criteria, 245G requirements and RS EDEN policy and procedure.

Requirements

  • Current Minnesota LADC or ADC-T license
  • Minimum Associate degree in Substance Use Disorder Counseling or related field required
  • 1-2 years of experience or equivalent training in Rule 25 and/or Comprehensive Assessments
  • Ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds with multiple individual and systemic barriers to success
