Licensed Assistant Portfolio Manager

You'll optimize property performance by managing property schedules and conducting thorough fieldwork. What You Will Do

As an Assistant Portfolio Manager, you'll be instrumental in promoting and continuously reinforcing the Atlas Culture and Values, providing field support for Portfolio Managers, and fulfilling additional duties as assigned by the team.

Requirements

• Have an active Real Estate license in Kansas and Missouri
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other basic office technology
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer management and relationship development
• Commitment to continual learning and growth
• High-functioning multi-tasking
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to problem solve
• Systems-oriented (can take direction and follow procedures)
• Strong organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must pass background check
• Must have weekend availability and flexibility during the week
• Must be able to drive throughout the Kansas and Missouri Metro and surrounding areas
