Job Description
The Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician II provides direct clinical services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health and/or substance use conditions, within an integrated, trauma-informed care model. The role involves providing behavioral health services within the Stout Street Health Center and the Stout Street Recuperative Care Center and may involve opportunities to provide behavioral health services in the community and at other CCH health clinics.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience providing clinical services in behavioral health, social work, or related setting
  • Expertise in working with Substance Use Disorders strongly preferred
  • Experience working in integrated health, community-based, or nonprofit settings strongly preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
  • Ability to deliver trauma-informed, culturally responsive care
  • Effective collaboration skills within interdisciplinary teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation in electronic health records
  • Ability to manage crises and de-escalate challenging situations
