Job Description
We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to support clients through high-quality virtual care. This full-time role provides therapy, assesses behavioral health needs, guides treatment planning, and helps clients work through personal, emotional, and social challenges.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
  • Active Indiana LCSW license in good standing
  • Experience providing mental health counseling or therapy
  • Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
  • Comfortable working in a remote clinical environment
  • Proficiency with telehealth systems and electronic health records
