Job Description
We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join a remote care team serving clients through telehealth. This position centers on direct clinical work, including assessment, diagnosis support, therapy, treatment planning, and ongoing case oversight.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
  • Active Indiana LCSW license in good standing
  • Experience providing mental health counseling or therapy
  • Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
  • Comfortable working in a remote clinical environment
  • Proficiency with telehealth systems and electronic health records
