Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited school
  • Licensed in Kentucky as a Licensed Clinical Social worker
  • Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
  • Medical clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations
  • Valid driver's license, proof of insurance and means of transportation
