Role OverviewKAVI is a nonprofit youth-serving organization with a mission to prevent and eliminate interpersonal violence from the lives of young people. This position is responsible for providing intensive case management, group activities, and other program activities to individuals impacted by violence.
What You Will Do
Provide intensive counseling and case management services, facilitate group counseling sessions, and represent KAVI at community meetings. Participate in violence prevention efforts, conduct holistic assessments, and serve on a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker License and Certification
- Demonstrated commitment to working with those impacted by violence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to take constructive criticism and work well with supervision
- Ability to work well with diverse populations
- Punctual & extremely reliable
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Must be able to present self and program professionally
- Bilingual (Spanish, French Creole) strongly preferred
