Role OverviewThe Licensed Clinician Supervisor will oversee and enforce clinical and administrative policies, mentor and evaluate staff, and supervise the SCIP team delivering individual, group, and family therapy for behavioral health disorders.
What You Will Do
The responsibilities include scheduling, clinical supervision, training, marketing, and accurate service reporting, as well as conducting therapy sessions, providing crisis intervention, and creating individualized treatment plans.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a mental health setting, a valid current driver's license, and acceptable DMV record, as well as a Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related Human Services field.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related Human Services field
- Licensed Clinician LPC or LCSW
- A minimum of three (3) years' work experience in a human services field
- Experience in a mental health setting
- Valid current driver's license and acceptable DMV record
