Role OverviewU.S. Facilities, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Electrician with medium / high voltage (MV/HV) experience to operate and maintain day-to-day life sciences pharmaceutical / laboratory industrial settings.
What You Will Do
Perform routine test runs, load bank testing, and preventative and predictive maintenance procedures associated with medium voltage electrical systems.

Must have 5+ years of experience as an industrial/commercial electrician, including hands-on work with medium and/or high voltage systems, and a strong background in commercial electrical service work.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Current Journeyman or Master Electrician license in Pennsylvania
- 5+ years as an industrial/commercial electrician
- Demonstrated experience working safely on 480V 3-phase and MV/HV distribution equipment
- Formal training in electrical safety (e.g., NFPA 70E or equivalent)
- Ability to read and interpret electrical one-lines, schematics, and equipment manuals
- Basic computer skills (email, CMMS, electronic documentation)
- Authorization to work in the U.S.; ability to work shifts, overtime, and on-call as needed
