Role OverviewAs a Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent, you'll work remotely to help individuals understand their health insurance coverages and select the right products and services to meet their needs. You'll provide customer service and sales, responding to inquiries with compassion and active listening. You'll also identify additional needs customers may have and help them upgrade products or services.

Assist individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products, services, and best solutions to meet their personal health and financial needs. Provide full lifecycle customer service and sales, responding to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening.

Requirements
- Current Health insurance license in your state of residence
- High speed internet (>25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload)
- Minimum six (6) months sales experience
- Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy
- Strong customer service orientation (empathy, compassion and listening skills)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer navigation skills and experience
