Role OverviewWalmart is hiring an experienced Licensed Manager, Facilities Maintenance Operations to lead facilities maintenance across a local regional market.
What You Will Do
Lead the predictive and preventative maintenance strategy for Walmart facilities throughout your assigned region, oversee HVAC/R and general building maintenance, and partner with Store Managers and Facilities Services leadership.

Requirements
- Current HVAC/R Mechanical Contractor license in good standing in your state of residence
- EPA Universal Certification
- 3–5 years of experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering or a related field
- Strong HVAC/mechanical knowledge
- Leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate and develop others
- Strong communication, problem-solving and customer-service skills
- Experience with root-cause and equipment breakdown analysis
