Job Description
We’re seeking a full-time Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) for a remote role. This position is best suited for a clinician who wants to provide direct mental health care in a simple, structured telehealth setting. Responsibilities include providing psychotherapy through telehealth, completing clinical assessments and evaluations, building treatment plans based on client needs, and following privacy, licensing, and compliance standards.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work
  • Active Washington LICSW license
  • Experience in a clinical mental health setting preferred
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EHR systems
