Requirements
- General Facilities Services / Overall Building Maintenance Experience – 3-5 years
- Electrical, plumbing, and or mechanical experience
- Leadership skills
- Communication/Interpersonal skills
- Problem solving skills
- Customer service
- EPA Universal Certification
- PMP Certification
- Lean Six Sigma
