Job Description
We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide virtual therapy services to individuals, couples, and families. In this role, you will help clients work through relationship issues, emotional stress, family conflict, and life transitions through structured, evidence-based care.

Requirements

  • Provide telehealth therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families
  • Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment goals as needed
  • Use evidence-based therapeutic interventions appropriate to each case
  • Coordinate care with other providers when necessary
  • Maintain compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards
