Job Description
We’re seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join a remote behavioral health team serving clients throughout Maryland. This role centers on helping people improve family dynamics, strengthen relationships, manage emotional challenges, and work through personal or interpersonal concerns in a virtual setting.

Requirements

  • Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
  • Assess presenting concerns and create appropriate treatment goals
  • Provide ongoing therapeutic support based on evidence-based practices
  • Keep accurate progress notes and treatment documentation
  • Identify changes in client needs and respond with appropriate clinical interventions
