Job Description
We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for a full-time remote position serving clients in Maryland. This role allows you to provide therapy through a secure telehealth platform while supporting clients with relationship challenges, family conflict, stress, anxiety, depression, grief, parenting concerns, and life transitions.

Requirements

  • Meet with Maryland clients through scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
  • Provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families
  • Complete clinical evaluations and identify appropriate treatment goals
  • Support clients with relational stress, emotional challenges, communication issues, and family concerns
  • Maintain detailed and timely progress notes
  • Use sound clinical judgment when addressing risk, referrals, or additional care needs
  • Follow Maryland licensing standards, HIPAA requirements, and telehealth guidelines
  • Keep client information secure and confidential
  • Manage documentation, scheduling expectations, and caseload responsibilities professionally
