Role OverviewWe are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide remote therapy services to clients across Delaware. In this role, you will work with individuals, couples, and families through a secure telehealth platform, helping clients address relationship concerns, family conflict, life transitions, anxiety, stress, and other mental health challenges.
What You Will Do
Provide virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families using a secure telehealth platform, complete intake assessments, create treatment plans, and use family systems approaches and evidence-based therapy methods to support client progress.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field
- Active and unrestricted Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in Delaware
- Previous experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, families, or relational systems
- Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms
- Strong clinical documentation and treatment planning skills
- Knowledge of family systems theory and evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism and consistency
- Reliable internet connection and a private workspace suitable for confidential sessions
