Role OverviewWe are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide remote therapy services to clients across Mississippi. This position involves working with individuals, couples, and families through secure telehealth sessions to address relationship concerns, family conflict, stress, anxiety, grief, and major life changes.
What You Will Do
Provide virtual therapy for individuals, couples, and families, complete intakes and assess client needs, develop treatment plans, support clients with marital stress, parenting concerns, anxiety, grief, communication issues, and family conflict.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related clinical field
- Active LMFT license in Mississippi in good standing
- Experience providing therapy to couples, families, individuals, or relational systems
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems
- Strong clinical judgment, documentation skills, and professional boundaries
