Role OverviewA growing telehealth practice is seeking an LMFT to provide virtual therapy to Vermont clients. This role focuses on helping clients improve communication, manage conflict, strengthen relationships, and work through emotional and behavioral concerns.
What You Will Do
Conduct remote therapy sessions through a secure platform, work with individuals, couples, and families, complete intake assessments and treatment planning, and help clients address anxiety, depression, relationship stress, and family concerns.

Requirements
- Active Vermont LMFT license in good standing
- Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EHR systems
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
