Role OverviewWe are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to deliver virtual therapy services to individuals and couples across Delaware. This role is centered on consistent clinical care, structured sessions, and measurable progress.
What You Will Do
Conduct telehealth therapy sessions for individuals and couples, assess client needs, develop and maintain therapy plans, and keep detailed clinical records.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related discipline
- Active Delaware LMFT license
