Role OverviewThis full-time telehealth position is designed for an LMFT who wants to provide practical, relationship-focused mental health care in a remote setting. The LMFT will work with clients who may be facing family tension, marital stress, communication breakdowns, emotional distress, or changes that are affecting their relationships and daily functioning.
What You Will Do
Provide remote therapy services to clients using a HIPAA-compliant telehealth system, support couples and families with relational issues, complete diagnostic assessments, and build treatment plans.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related clinical field
- Active, unrestricted LMFT license in North Carolina
- Experience providing therapy in a clinical, outpatient, private practice, or telehealth environment
- Ability to work effectively with couples, families, and individuals from varied backgrounds
- Skilled in assessment, treatment planning, documentation, and clinical decision-making
- Comfortable with remote systems, video sessions, and electronic records
