Role OverviewWe are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide structured virtual therapy services to individuals, couples, and families throughout Mississippi. In this role, you will assess client needs, develop treatment plans, lead scheduled therapy sessions, and monitor progress over time.
What You Will Do
Provide individual, couples, and family therapy through secure telehealth sessions, complete clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and evaluate client progress.

Requirements
- Active and unrestricted Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license to practice in Mississippi
- Master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from a program meeting Mississippi licensing requirements
- Clinical experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families
- Knowledge of assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
- Ability to provide professional care through a telehealth platform
- Comfortable using electronic health records and virtual communication systems
