Role OverviewThis position is for an LMFT who can provide clear, structured care through virtual appointments. You will work with clients facing relationship difficulties, family changes, parenting concerns, stress, and other mental health needs within your scope of practice.
What You Will Do
Conduct clinical and relational assessments, develop diagnoses and treatment recommendations, lead individual, couples, and family sessions, help clients improve communication and problem-solving skills, and monitor symptoms and treatment progress.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Graduate degree in marriage and family therapy or a related discipline, valid Louisiana LMFT license, previous clinical counseling experience, knowledge of family systems and relational treatment, and ability to manage a full-time virtual caseload.
