Role OverviewWe’re hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide remote care for clients across Hawaii. This role focuses on helping individuals, couples, and families understand patterns, work through conflict, and build healthier ways to communicate and respond to life’s challenges.
What You Will Do
Provide virtual therapy for individuals, couples, and families, conduct assessments and develop treatment plans, support clients with communication, coping strategies, and relationship concerns.

Requirements
- Active Hawaii LMFT license
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Experience working with individuals, couples, or families
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms
- Ability to maintain a full-time weekday schedule
