Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Licensed Mechanical Engineer (PE) with expertise in HVAC and MEP system design for commercial and institutional facilities. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on the design, analysis, and documentation of mechanical building systems rather than project management.

Requirements
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license

- Proven experience designing HVAC and MEP systems for commercial and institutional buildings
- Experience with healthcare, municipal, institutional, veterinary, or other complex building types is preferred
- Strong knowledge of HVAC load calculations, equipment selection, mechanical codes, and engineering best practices
- Proficiency with mechanical design software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar engineering platforms
- Ability to independently develop, review, and seal engineering designs
- Excellent technical, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary design teams
- Hands-on mechanical design experience is required
