Job Description
This remote LMHC position is centered on providing practical, consistent mental health support to clients who need a safe and structured space to work through emotional, behavioral, and personal challenges.
Requirements
Active Licensed Mental Health Counselor license in Massachusetts
Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
Previous experience providing therapy to adults, adolescents, couples, or families preferred
Comfortable using telehealth platforms, EHR systems, and digital documentation tools
Strong understanding of clinical assessment, treatment planning, and progress notes
Ability to manage a remote caseload with professionalism and reliability
