Role OverviewWe are hiring a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to provide remote therapy services to clients across Iowa. In this role, you will meet with clients through secure telehealth sessions, help them work through emotional, behavioral, and life challenges, and create care plans that support steady progress.

Provide individual mental health counseling through a secure telehealth platform, complete intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field
- Active Iowa Licensed Mental Health Counselor license in good standing

- Comfortable using video platforms, electronic health records, and basic digital communication tools
