Role OverviewThis remote LMHC position gives licensed counselors the opportunity to provide high-quality therapy to clients from a private, professional home-based setting. You will spend your day meeting with clients virtually, helping them understand patterns, manage symptoms, build practical coping tools, and work toward realistic treatment goals.
What You Will Do
Conduct scheduled teletherapy sessions with clients, complete clinical evaluations, create individualized treatment plans, provide therapy, help clients develop coping strategies, track client progress, and document sessions.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field
- Active Iowa Licensed Mental Health Counselor license in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical counseling experience preferred
- Experience providing therapy through telehealth is helpful but not required
