Role OverviewWe are looking for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to deliver remote therapy services to clients who need consistent, professional mental health support. The role focuses on evaluating client needs, providing ongoing counseling, tracking treatment progress, and helping clients work through emotional and behavioral challenges with practical, goal-based care.
What You Will Do
Conduct telehealth counseling sessions with adult clients, assess client symptoms, needs, and treatment priorities, build clear, individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings, and document sessions, treatment updates, and progress notes accurately.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field
- Active LMHC license

- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a professional home office environment
