Job Description
Easterseals PORT Health is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join their Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team. The therapist will provide intensive, recovery-oriented treatment to adults with severe mental health and substance use needs through compassionate, community-based care.

Requirements

  • Licensure: LCSW/A, LCMHC/A, LMFT/A, LPC (provisional or full NC licensure required)
  • Experience: Community-based work preferred; must be comfortable meeting clients where they are
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and passion for serving vulnerable adults
