Role Overview

As a Licensed Nursing Assistant, you’ll play a key role in delivering compassionate, high-quality personal care to patients in their homes. You’ll work under the direction of an RN and collaborate closely with the care team to support patient comfort, safety, and well-being.

What You Will Do

Provide personal care services, support household needs, use mechanical devices, observe and report changes in patient status, cue patients for medications, maintain a clean and safe environment, communicate professionally, complete timely and accurate documentation, and travel within the agency’s service area.
