Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead the operations of our skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate is a strong, hands-on leader who can build a positive culture, support staff, maintain regulatory compliance, and drive excellent clinical and operational outcomes.
What You Will Do
Provide overall leadership and direction for facility operations, maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, partner closely with Nursing and department leadership to ensure high-quality resident care, and drive occupancy and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, referral sources, residents, and families.

Requirements
- Current Nursing Home Administrator license in the applicable state
- Prior skilled nursing leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and survey requirements

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to take ownership, solve problems, and lead by example
