Role OverviewAs an Assistant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our stores, including personnel management and inventory control, to provide a positive experience for customers and associates.
What You Will Do
You will drive profit, sales, and performance goals, optimize the eyeglass department, and ensure quality standards are met. You will also supervise and motivate Opticians and CL Sales associates, and assist the General Manager with forecasting staffing needs.

Requirements
- Maintain Optical license as required by the state
- Optical sales experience
- Supervising experience is preferred
- ABO and NCLE Certified
