Role OverviewAs a Licensed Optician at Stanton Optical, you will be responsible for creating a superior customer experience by teaching patients and facilitating the dispense process. You will have a genuine care for the customer's needs, the ability to resolve issues that may arise, and the willingness to assist in the sales process.
What You Will Do
You will greet all patients and customers as they enter the store, identify patient needs to ensure an easy and memorable experience, provide recommendations on products and services available, and assist patients and customers to choose products and services that suit their budget and eyecare needs.

Requirements
- Experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients as a Licensed Optician
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
- Skills necessary to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
- Valid ABO and NCLE and/or license in the applicable State
- High school diploma or equivalent required
