Role OverviewAs a Licensed Optician, you will be responsible for creating a superior customer experience by teaching patients and facilitating the dispense process. You will have a genuine care for the customer's needs, the ability to resolve issues that may arise, and the willingness to assist in the sales process.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include greeting patients and customers, identifying patient needs, providing recommendations on products and services, attaining sales goals, and troubleshooting problems related to prescriptions.
