Job Description
Relient Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting in Concord, NH. The PTA will provide skilled therapy services, assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and document patient progress.
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current NH license (or eligibility to obtain)
Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
