Role OverviewThe LPN Assistant Director of Nursing assists nursing leadership with the daily operations of the nursing department and helps ensure quality resident care.
What You Will Do
Assist the DON with nursing department operations, support nursing staff and resident care, monitor documentation and clinical practices, and assist with staffing and scheduling.

A current LPN license, previous long-term-care experience, leadership or supervisory experience, and strong organizational and communication skills are required/preferred.
