Role OverviewWe are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide dedicated 1:4 care for medically complex adults in an adult family home setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional, patient-focused care and be able to build lasting relationships with patients.
What You Will Do
The LPN will be responsible for delivering personalized nursing care to patients, including trach and vent training, and will have access to paid, hands-on training and ongoing clinical support.
