What You Will Do
Provide direct care to residents, coordinate and supervise resident care, assist with safety assurance, communicate with nursing and other departments, and exhibit a positive professional image.

Requirements
- Graduate from accredited or state approved school of nursing
- Valid Indiana Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- CPR, in good standing
- Prefer one year geriatric or clinical nursing experience
