Job Description
Provides patient care as directed, documents patient-related care timely, maintains patient medical records, administers medication, and performs treatments. The ideal candidate will be a licensed practical nurse with MDS certification issued by ANNAC and a license to practice nursing as a licensed practical nurse issued by Ohio Board of Nursing.

Requirements

  • License to practice nursing as a licensed practical nurse issued by Ohio Board of Nursing
  • MDS certification issued by ANNAC
  • Must work overtime as required
  • Must be able to perform venipuncture to obtain blood samples for laboratory analysis
  • Must be able to collect urine and/or other body fluid specimens
  • Must be able to participate in work-related training and all institution training exercises as assigned
