Job Description
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide patient care as directed, administer medication, and participate in patient care planning and treatment team activities. The LPN will also assist with doctor's sick call, participate in work-related training, and provide assistance to other healthcare staff.

Requirements

  • License to practice nursing as a licensed practical nurse issued by Ohio Board of Nursing pursuant to Section 4723 Ohio Revised Code
  • MDS certification issued by ANNAC (i.e. American Association of Nurse Assessment Coordination)
  • Ability to work overtime as required
