Job Description
D&S Community Services is a part of the Sevita family, providing community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will create meaningful relationships and provide nursing services, training, and support for individuals with various challenges.
Requirements
Associate's Degree in Nursing or related field
Current state LPN or LVN license for state of residence
One year of experience serving this population in a nursing capacity
Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
