Role OverviewJoin our Capital Region Family Medicine office as a Full Time LPN. Work 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm. Eligible for a $3,500 recruitment and retention bonus.
What You Will Do
Administer vaccines, document patient conversations and information, maintain patient flow, and perform clinical office procedures as directed by the provider.

Requirements
- Valid NYS LPN license
- Previous LPN experience in a medical practice or prior experience as a Medical Assistant or Patient Care Tech
- Strong computer skills with experience using EMR
- Knowledge of basic nursing principles and protocols
- Knowledge of policies and procedures related to infection control, environmental safety, and patient confidentiality
- Maintain strictest confidentiality and discretion
- Knowledge of medical chart reporting/records
- Skill in appropriate assessment and assistance techniques
