Role OverviewJoin our Family Practice Ballston Spa team as a Full Time LPN. This is a 40 hour week with varying hours. The role involves administering vaccines, documenting patient information, and maintaining patient flow.
What You Will Do
Administer vaccines, document patient information, maintain patient flow, prepare patients for visits, obtain specimens, and perform clinical office procedures.

Requirements
- Valid NYS LPN license
- Previous LPN experience in a medical practice or prior experience as a Medical Assistant or Patient Care Tech
- Strong computer skills with experience using EMR
- Knowledge of basic nursing principles and protocols
- Knowledge of policies and procedures related to infection control, environmental safety, and patient confidentiality
- Maintain strictest confidentiality and discretion
- Knowledge of medical chart reporting/records
- Skill in appropriate assessment and assistance techniques
