Role OverviewWe are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in Sunbury, PA. The LPN will administer nursing care, communicate with physicians, and educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention.
What You Will Do
Administer medications, communicate with physicians, educate patients, and provide emotional support. You will also observe and record patient signs and symptoms, and provide health promotion and training.

Requirements
- LPN license
- Experience in IDD and knowledge of licensure regulations
- Familiarity with medicare system and durable medical equipment purchasing
- Criminal Clearance, Child Abuse Clearance as needed, valid Driver's License
- Knowledge of DW 6400 regulations, familiar with medicare system and medical insurance
